Jessica Pelligrino Tsoukalas
Chief Executive Officer
Jessica grew up in the senior care and living industry, making her naturally passionate about delivering the highest quality care and services in settings that feel like home. For more than 12 years, she has served as an operator of assisted living residences and skilled nursing facilities and as the Director of Bridgeway Care at Home, providing onsite and home therapy services.
As part of her personal mission to influence the direction of care delivery on a state and national level, Jessica serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Health Care Association of New Jersey and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Centers for Assisted Living.
She has presented on topics such as alternative payment models, collaboration with Accountable Care Organizations, communications in assisted living, and has provided private consulting.
Beyond her work in the industry, Jessica enjoys serving some of Somerset County’s neediest residents by sitting on the Board of Directors for the Somerset County Board of Social Services.

Donald A. (Donny) Pelligrino
Chief Finance Officer
Donny has more than 11 years of experience in healthcare finance and is currently Director of Finance for Bridgeway Care at Home.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Bridgeway Senior Healthcare, providing guidance on strategic facility planning and financial forecasting for skilled nursing, post-acute, assisted living, and therapy services.
Donny holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration and is licensed as a Certified Assisted Living Administrator.

Jason Dugenio
Chief Information Officer
Jason is the Chief Information Officer at Bridgeway Care at Home and Bridgeway Senior Healthcare. He has been with the organization for almost 9 years. His IT career spans more than 23 years, focusing on areas of technology that include centralized data systems, infrastructure, and security.
Jason left a long IT career with Fortune 500 companies to join Bridgeway, an award-winning leader in senior care.
Since then, he has held healthcare advisory board seats with Fortinet (Global Leader in Cybersecurity) and Juniper Networks (Leader in High Performance and Al Networks). He has also served on the Customer Advisory Board for PointClickCare (Leading EHR in Skilled Nursing and Senior Living).
What motivates Jason at Bridgeway is being able to leverage technology to provide the best care for people in the community.

Glorietta Tison
Director of Rehabilitation
Dr. Glorietta Tison is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has served the rehabilitation industry for more than 35 years, providing leadership and direct patient care in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living residences and private practices.
Dr. Tison’s passion is to provide services to those in need without limitation, to educate students as a clinical instructor, and to mentor clinicians who wish to expand their clinical expertise. Her dedication to the profession is evidenced by her commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and patients by helping them achieve their highest functional levels based on their individual impairments.
Dr. Tison is also a Licensed Acupuncturist who combines knowledge of Western and Eastern Medicine to understand diverse methods of healing the human body.
